Submission Guidelines:

To submit something for the Community Calendar, carefully follow these guidelines:  Write a short paragraph (60-70 words) in a format, similar to this:

PKD FoundationThe goal is to make sure no one will suffer the full effects of polycystic kidney disease. You can help them meet that goal by taking the 2014 Walk for PKD. Money raised moves them closer to finding treatments for PKD, and provides education and support services for the PKD   community. This is their largest gathering of patients, family, friends and supporters. The Twin Cities Walk for PKD is Saturday, September 27th at the Normandale Hyland Bandshell. Join them. Sign up or donate at WalkForPKD.org.      


Send that paragraph in the body of an email (well in advance) to:                    LeeValsvik@iHeartMedia.com


If accepted, it will be on the Community Calendar and air (time permitting) during Twin Cities Community on Sunday.
