Dalvin Cook heads to locker room with apparent leg injury

Minnesota Vikings v Seattle Seahawks

The Vikings got off to the better start in the first half but their luck quickly changed at the beginning of the second half. After he caught a pass on the Vikings first drive of the half, Dalvin Cook went to the locker room with an apparent leg injury.

Cook has been the focal point of the Vikings offense through the first quarter of the season and led the NFL in rushing yards. He was given a contract extension this offseason after having a breakout year in 2019.

Alexander Mattison will likely see more carries for the time being, as there’s no official word out on Cook’s return.

After the injury, Seattle's momentum shifted as they marched down the field to make the score 13-7.
