The Vikings had one of their worst losses in recent memory in Week 6, losing to a then 0-5 Atlanta Falcons. They were without their star running back, but it sounds as if Dalvin Cook is expected to return for the team’s game in Green Bay.
Zimmer added in his press conference that Cook will practice this week and they’ll see how things go as the week progresses.
Cook has totaled 489 rushing yards and seven touchdowns while averaging 5.3 yards per carry. Alexander Mattison has proven to be a solid running back, but getting Cook back in the lineup will be a boost to the offense.
