Minneapolis, MN - According to reports close to the situation, the Minnesota Vikings have agreed to terms of a rookie contract with LB Anthony Barr.

Barr was the 9th overall selection in the first round by the Minnesota Vikings in the 2014 Draft. In two seasons with the UCLA Bruins Barr amounted 23.5 sacks, 9 fumbles and 40.5 tackles for loss.

Under new NFL rules, Barr a student under the Quarter System, has returned to school in California for the next month. His absence may have expedited the process to get him signed allowing him to jump in headfirst after school wraps up this June.
