When and where can I pick up my prize?

We are open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. Closed on Weekends and Holidays. Our offices are located at:1600 Utica Ave S.Suite 500 (5th Floor)Saint Louis Park, MN 55416

Free parking is available in the ramp behind our building. The parking ramp is located on Duke Drive.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email for prize pickup?

Prizes and tickets are typically in house a few weeks before the event date. When the prize is available, you will receive an email from our Promotions team to let you know that your prize is available for pick up.

The concert/event is less than a few weeks away and I still have not received a confirmation email. 

If you have not received a confirmation email from the Promotions team and your event is quickly approaching, please call 952-417-3000 to inquire.

I found out I can’t make it to the event, can I switch it for another prize?

No, prizes are non-transferable.

What do I need to bring with me to claim my prize? 

Please bring a valid photo ID and be prepared to provide your Social Security number.

Why do I need to provide my Social Security number?

We are required to obtain your Social Security number for the W-9 tax form. You will not be taxed unless your winnings total over $600 and you’ll only be taxed on the amount over $600.  For example: if your prize winnings total $750, you will only be taxed on $150.
