Today was Nintendo day at E3 2018 and holy smokes did they grab the attention of gamers all over the world.
With Nintendo Switch having been a recent release for last year's conference, the big headline game for Nintendo was Super Mario Odyssey. This year, as the system has fully demanded the attention of the industry, the focus shifted over to bringing more fantastic titles to the system.
It's not that much of an argument the headliner this year was Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Set to be released on December 7th, 2018, Ultimate will boast the biggest lineup of characters ever. In fact, with so many characters from so many games, they're calling it the biggest video game crossover in the history of video games.
Simply put, ALL the characters from all of the previous Smash games are included.
Some of the characters will have slight updates with powers, finishing moves and outfits while there will also be a few new characters including Inkling Boy, Inkling Girl, Space Pirate Ridley and Daisy.
Also featuring new and improved worlds as well as online gameplay against your friends, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is sure to be a "smashing" success when it drops later this year! (I know, low hanging fruit)
