Georgia officials discover gator SO BIG everybody thought it was a hoax!

DNR officials in Georgia have discovered a massive 13-foot, 700 pound alligator in a farm irrigation ditch

"You're perfectly safe. These animals exist. They've been here for centuries. They've been existing with people for centuries and they're gonna continue to," said Brent Howze, a wildlife biologist with DNR.

To be a little more specific the gator measured up at 13 feet .57 inches and anywhere between 700 and 750 pounds. They're assuming that he's around 50 years old.

Sadly, he was discovered to be in poor condition and had to be euthanized having multiple wounds including several gun shots on its body. Gator hunting is legal in Georgia during the official hunting season and with a permit.
