BREAKING: Former Vikings DT Sheldon Richardson Signing w/Cleveland Browns

Another Minnesota Vikings player from the 2018 season has agreed to terms with another team for 2019.

According to reports early this morning defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson is signing a three-year deal with the Cleveland Browns.

For Richardson, this is the culmination of planning his work and working his plan. After free agency didn't go his way early in 2018 he signed a one-year "prove-it" deal with the Minnesota Vikings and worked that into a three year deal with one of the most trendy teams in the NFL.

While we don't have a dollar amount yet it's not clear whether the Vikings were going after Richardson hard at all or if they got outbid. After starting the season hot with Minnesota, Richardson seemed to get worked out of the plan a little bit more towards the end of the season.
