Tonight is the NFL Draft and everybody is on cloud 9 with hopes and aspirations that the Vikings are going to get better tonight. It's also 60-degrees and sunny outside which helps everybody's day brighten a bit. The birds will be chirping tomorrow as well as the skies open up to rain on Friday.
...and then it might snow on Saturday.
Yeah you heard me right. According to the National Weather Service parts of Southern Minnesota reaching all the way up to the south metro area might get late season snow over the weekend.
Temps right now are projected to be in the low 40s for Minneapolis but according to the NWS that does also bring with it up to a 30% chance for snow in the Twin Cities. Jump down to the southern portion of the state and we're talking up to an 80% chance for the cold stuff.
