We knew that we'd get some sort of Star Wars news shortly given the fact that last year at this time we had already received a trailer for Episode VII. Well, today is that day!
It came from the official Star Wars Twitter Account so you know it's true, but Star Wars Episode VIII has been given an official title!!
"The Last Jedi"
It's beautiful. It's exciting. And It's mysterious all wrapped up into one!
Does it refer to Luke? Does it refer to Rey? How about Kylo swapping sides? AND WHY THE RED LETTERING!!!
The possibilities are endless so let the speculation begin, I need to go break this down with Chad Abbott!
UPDATE: I have since been reminded that Jedi is both SINGULAR and PLURAL so it could in fact be ALL OF THE ABOVE!
