Former Minnesota Vikings kicker Blair Walsh has reportedly found a new team.
According to the team's official Twitter account, Walsh has signed with the Seattle Seahawks, a surprising team given that they already have struggling kicker Steven Hauschka on the roster. Also quite an ironic signing being that Walsh, while with Minnesota, missed a 27-yard field goal against the Seahawks in the playoffs that allowed Seattle to move on and ended Minnesota's season.
While with the Vikings, Walsh finished with 133 made field goals on 158 attempts (84.2 percent) while making 156 extra-points on 165 attempts.
It appears as though Walsh will be in a kicking competition with Hauschka but will at least have an opportunity to revive his career.
