I have seen some odd yet justified technical fouls called in my time watching both college and professional basketball, but I think this one has to be the most strange of them all.
This high schooler is taking the ball up-court but is dribbling as though showing-off or trying to distract the other team somehow. It's definitely a unique situation.
I'm not sure I would have called a technical foul but I understand why it was called.
