Minnesota Wild Prospect Report - March 1

The Iowa Wild went 0-1-1 in its road weekend series against Chicago. The Wild fell 4-1 in the first contest on Saturday at Allstate Arena (2/25). F Tyler Graovac scored the lone goal with assists from D Mike Reilly and F Alex Tuch. G Steve Michalek stopped 22-of-25 shots. Iowa earned a point in its second match with a 4-3 overtime loss on Sunday (2/26). Graovac netted the second hat trick in Wild history (3-0=3) while G Alex Stalock made 19-of-23 saves. 

 Tuch leads the team with 28 points (12-16=28) and with 12 goals in 39 games this season. F Pat Cannone ranks second with 24 points (7-17=24). F Mario Lucia (9-13=22) and D Gustav Olofsson (5-17=22) rank T-3rd with 22 points each. Stalock is 16-12-7 with a 2.48 GAA, a .918 SV% and three shutouts in 36 games and ranks T-5th amongst league goalies in shutouts, sixth in minutes played (2,060) and T-8th in wins. Michalek is 10-10-1 with a 2.63 GAA, a .918 SV% and one shutout in 24 games and ranks T-11th amongst AHL goalies in SV%.

The Wild is 12-5-5 in the last 22 games and currently sits in fourth place in the Central Division. Iowa will continue its six-game road trip, visiting Rockford on Saturday.
