Former Minnesota Gophers defensive back Jalen Myrick is in Indianapolis this week at the NFL Combine and he is showing off the speed that Gophers fans have witnessed over the last four years.
Monday, Myrick ran a blazing unofficial 4.29 40-yard dash, the fastest time for defensive backs thus far.
While a fast 40-time won't necessarily rocket him to the top of team's draft boards, it will certainly improve his draft stock as teams have made fast and physical corners are a high priority in the last few seasons.
