The timing on most golf shots must be so precise so as to account for wind and such elements. In this case, the timing did not account for a rules official casually driving by on a golf cart.
A golfer teed-off and watched as his shot bounced off a rules official and rolled onto the fair way. The official was okay and the shot did count, but perhaps next time the timing on the golfers shot should account for pedestrians.
