Common didn't always work for KFAN - though it certainly seems like it, doesn't it?
Back in 1981, Common worked on the KQDI-KOOZ staff and, after one month on staff, received a job evaluation from then News Director Kerry Callahan...and it's pretty awesome!
Callahan notes Common's strength's (attitude, willingness to talk with anyone) and weaknesses (interview skills, typing), and even notes that "less socializing with co-workers during working hours would also be helpful."
