Frank Oz Drops The World's Most Frustrating "Glomar Response" When Asked If Yoda Is Going To Be In "The Last Jedi"

You guys, it's already March and we know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the upcoming "The Last Jedi" film. Not a trailer, not a story line, only those first three words from Luke Skywalker that leaked out of last week's shareholders meeting. So of course anybody and everybody is going to start asking questions to every person that has anything to do with any of the prior Star Wars films.

That's why when Variety sat down with Frank Oz the other day, they asked him about any upcoming appearances from Yoda in the next Star Wars films. His answer raised some eyebrows throughout the galaxy far, far away.

"I feel like I’m a prisoner at war here," Oz told Variety. "I can only give you my name, rank and serial number. To be true to the people who asked me, and they are kind of my family, I have to say I’ve been asked not to talk about it. I love Yoda. I would be happy to talk to you about it at the time they let me."

He's basically saying that "he can neither confirm nor deny" upc

Hmmm....let's pick this thing apart.

His hands are obviously tied for one reason or another. Oz certainly has respect for the franchise, the character and those involved, but why would he be told to keep his mouth shut if Yoda wasn't set to make an appearance?

BECAUSE STAR WARS!

It would be the most Star Warsy thing to do to throw the world for a loop and even pay off people like Frank Oz to hold the rouse.

That said, it would have to be a spirit character right? Ya know, cause Yoda's dead...

Okay calm down, that movie's thirty plus years old. If you didn't know that chill out...he's coming back.
