Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is taking steps towards getting back on the football field and he posted video proving that on Tuesday.
On Bridgewater's official and verified Instagram account, the Vikings quarterback posted video of him dropping back and throwing a football, the first such video anyone has seen since his devastating ACL injury last season.

Bridgewater's Instagram account was public but has since gone private. The video, posted on his Instagram story, is captioned "Spring Cleaning," before Bridgewater comes into frame.
There is still no timetable as to when Bridgewater will return to the team or how healthy his knee truly is, but it is certainly positive to see him dropping back again.
