It's crazy to me that pirates still exist. I know that might seem like a silly thing to say but for real, International Waters can get dangerous if you have precious cargo and the opportunity for a hijacking or kidnapping for money are real. It's such a big deal that shipping companies are forced to hire private security forces to protect their ships, their cargo and their crews.
Over the weekend video surfaced of one such scenario and it gets REAL way too fast for me as this private security group opens up fire on a Somali Pirate Vessel that is attempting to board the cargo ship somewhere in the middle of the ocean.
