Armstrong joins the Vikings after a tryout invite for the team’s Rookie Minicamp earlier this month. The Cibolo, Texas native, who was a dual-threat quarterback at Nebraska but will convert to safety with the Vikings, posted a 30-14 record as the starter, good for the third-most wins in Cornhuskers history.
