We've been speculating the news for a few days now but the Minnesota Vikings have just made it official. Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has officially been added to the team's active 53-man roster and making room for him injured quarterback Sam Bradford has been placed on what is likely season ending injured reserve.
Bridgewater has been away from football for 14 months after suffering a horrific non-contact injury to his knee last preseason. It's unclear how quickly he will actually be "available" for contact play in a game but he's back in the fold once again.
