Just yesterday I found out that I'm related to a dinosaur...or something like that.
In a new study that was published earlier this week, scientists say that they have discovered "the holy grail" of dinosaur fossils in the Sahara desert.
“This was the Holy Grail — a well-preserved dinosaur from the end of the age of dinosaurs in Africa — that we paleontologists had been searching for for a long, long time,” said Matt Lamanna of the Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Pittsburgh, one of the authors of the study.
The dinosaur they discovered, none other than my long lost relative...THE MANSOURASAURUS SHANINAE!
Like most of my family, this dinosaur was a plant eater, enjoyed long walks on the beach and roamed the earth more than 80 million years ago.
