Somewhere in Florida (of course it's in FLA) a woman stole a car. At the last second the owner of that car jumped onto the hood in a last stitch effort to prevent the theft. Unfortunately for him, the lady didn't care and took off speeding down the highway.
Another car on the road noticed the situation and started rolling film. You'll see in the video below as the guy on the hood implores the passerby to call the police on the car theft...
