Miguel Sano and Ryan LaMarre also plated runs as Minnesota won its second straight. Ryan Pressly picked up his first win and Fernando Rodney notched his 14th save. Jose Iglesias went 2-for-4 with an RBI triple for the Tigers, who have dropped seven of their last 10. Louis Coleman took the loss. Detroit first baseman Miguel Cabrera suffered a ruptured tendon in his left biceps and will miss the rest of the season.
