Wolves Offer Jimmy Butler a Max Contract Extension

The Timberwolves want to make All Star Jimmy Butler a very rich man.  The "New York Times" reports that over the weekend the team offered the standout guard a contract max four-year contract extension worth about $110 million.  Butler may not agree considering he can earn $80 million more when he becomes a free agent next year.  Meanwhile, the Wolves were able to sign former league MVP Derrick Rose to a one year deal worth $2,400,000.
