Imagine if you were are the mall shopping. Maybe you're getting yourself a new ballcap at Lids, maybe your picking out some new Dr. Marten's at Journey's, or maybe you've already graduated from Junior High? Whatever you're doing, you're doing it and all of the sudden the floor collapses and half of the building falls off.
That's what happened at the Pedregal Mall in Mexico City the other day. Worse yet, the mall just opened up in March when shortly after engineers started detecting structural issues.
