The Great White Shark...it's called "great" for many reasons. Fast, powerful and gigantic are most of the descriptive words that go hand-in-hand with the Great White Shark, but now there's a new standard.
In celebration and in preparation for Shark Week a filming crew was capturing footage off of the island of Guadalupe when a 20-foot monster Great White Shark dubbed "Deep Blue" came up from the depths. It's believed to be the biggest Great White ever filmed alive and it's massive!
"Deep Blue" is thought to be about 50 years old.
