Equipment issues will force Gophers to make last minute switch for opener

Only one day before their first game of the 2018 season the Golden Gopher football team and head coach P.J. Fleck have been forced to make a change. 

It's really nothing to crazy, but because of an equipment issue with the new jerseys for their opponent, the New Mexico State Aggies, the Gophers will be debuting their white H.Y.P.R.R. Elite jerseys in their home opener rather than their normal dark colored home uniform.

The new set of H.Y.P.R.R. Elite jerseys debuted earlier this year and the entirety of the set look pretty cool.
