Mark Wahlberg is a man, like a man's man and he's not afraid to let the world know about it.
Recently, as he was doing an Instagram AMA he shared what his "off day" schedule looks like. I'll preface this in advance, an "off day" for him is a day when he's not shooting a movie. Not sure if it's weekday or weekend, just when he's not busy shooting movies all day.
This schedule is equally horrifying and amazing...I'm not sure which way I land when it's all said and done? It's not a terrible life...
