It's been a busy day over at the Vikings headquarters at Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center in Eagan already today.
Rick Spielman and the Vikings have already signed a new wide receiver, cut a kicker and reportedly signed another kicker to shake up their roster a bit after a disappointing tie-game with the Packers.
Let's hone in on that wide receiver signing, WR Aldrick Robinson formerly of the 49ers.
One could directly correlate this move with the ugly day that former first round pick Laquon Treadwell did, but according to reports this wideout acquisition will have nothing to do with Treadwell's status.
So is it a depth shake up? Treadwell down, Zylstra and/or Coley up to the WR3 spot? What's the corresponding roster move going to look like? Before they can officially sign the new wideout they'll have to create an opening on the roster.
Stay tuned... we'll probably learn soon what that move will be.
