For those of you who have followed the Vikings for a while now, you might remember how from time to time during his tenure with the Minnesota Vikings Adrian Peterson would say some things that would leave you with a chuckle or an eye roll at least.
He called it "talking noise."
Well, it looks like he's back at it again in Washington.
Peterson joined 106.7 The Fan in D.C. and shared that he hopes to have an opportunity to knock the Vikings out of the playoffs this year...
"Oh man," Peterson told 106.7 The Fan in D.C. “It would be exciting. I can definitely say that. It would definitely be an exciting matchup. A lot of those guys that’s there still, I played with those guys before. It’s a great organization. Hopefully, it would be at home here, so get those guys out here in the chilly weather outside. But it would be fun to knock them out of the playoffs.”
Peterson is having a bit of a resurgence this year with the Redskins. After injuries opened the door for more snaps, Adrian has made the best of it. In eight games, Peterson has racked up 604 yards and 4TDs and looks to continue that trend this weekend versus the Bucs.
