Kirk Cousins isn't exactly alone in his admiration for Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. Despite what others might say, Belichick and Brady are still the closest thing to a reigning dynasty that the league has seen in years.
So to hear Cousins gush over Brady today at the press conference shouldn't come as a surprise. It comes from respect for the position, respect for the game and respect for success.
"He's really set the bar for all of us who come after him," Kirk said today in the Vikings locker room. "And really everybody who came before as well. They call him the GOAT for reason."
