It's been an interesting first year for Minnesota Vikings rookie cornerback Holton Hill already.
After going undrafted and taking a chance with the Vikings, who were willing to take a chance on him, Hill has found an opportunity to take the field as injuries have plagued the Vikings secondary over the past few weeks.
This week is no different as the status for starting CB Xavier Rhodes is up in the air with a hamstring injury. Whether or not he comes in cold during the game or is named the starter before, Hill says he's ready to go and ready to face one of the best quarterbacks the game has every seen.
"The game has slowed down so much for me," Hill said in the Vikings locker room today. "I'll be playing against one of the great quarterbacks in the league which is always excited and I'll have an extra chip on the shoulder."
