The 133rd Saint Paul Winter Carnival will be held Thursday, Jan. 24 through Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 in Saint Paul, Minn. The “Coolest Celebration on Earth™” will feature dozens of events, both traditional favorites and new attractions. Most events will take place in downtown Saint Paul at Kellogg Mall Park. Other Carnival sites will include Landmark Center and the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. Most events are held in the City of Saint Paul and are free and open to the public, unless otherwise noted.
