While the Minnesota Vikings filled their offensive coordinator role last week naming Kevin Stefanski as their O.C. officially midweek, they are still in search of a few replacements for a few other roles left vacant after the 2018 season.
One of those spots is the previously filled quarterbacks coach role which Stefanski vacated to move up to O.C..
According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, former Houston Texans and Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak is in Minnesota today meeting with the Vikings before heading out to Jacksonville to interview for their offensive coordinator job.
It is assumed that Kubiak is interviewing for the quarterbacks coach job given his track record as quarterbacks coach for San Francisco, Denver and then his role as offensive coordinator for Baltimore more recently.
