Airline Passenger Has Epic Meltdown Because The Flight Didn't Have Pepsi

A woman on a Tap Air flight between Lisbon, Portugal, and Malaga, Spain has been banned from flying on the airline for life after she threw a wild temper tantrum during the hour-and-a-half flight.

The unidentified woman started causing problems before the plane even took off. She was running late and was the last person to board the plane. She could barely stand as she made her way to her seat. She then proceeded to get into an argument with a flight attendant about putting her bag in the overhead bin. Once she was seated other passengers noticed that she was taking shots from a flask while the plane took off.

The situation got worse when the woman asked the flight crew for a Pepsi. When she was told that the plane was only stocked with fruit juice, she started screaming at the flight attendants in Spanish.

“But this lady was out of control, she was drunk, she was aggressive, she was abusive, she was chucking food, she wanted her bag, she wasn't taking any notice of airline safety procedures, and she just got let on," one of the passengers told the Daily Mail.

At one point, the pilot left the cockpit and informed the woman that she has been banned from the airline for the rest of her life.

When the plane landed in Malaga, the woman was taken into custody by local police, who described her as a "banshee."
