Dalvin Cook puts the Vikings in front with a 39-yard touchdown

Minnesota Vikings v Indianapolis Colts

The Vikings offense didn’t get off to a hot start in Sunday’s matchup against the Titans with Dalvin Cook fumbling the ball early. The defense has held the Titans to two field goals and Cook just put the Vikings in front by one with a 39-yard rushing touchdown.

The play was set up by two catches by rookie wide receiver Justin Jefferson. As the first quarter comes to a close Jefferson leads the Vikings with 20 receiving yards.

Earlier this week Jefferson discussed in a press conference that he was ready to take some of the pressure off Adam Thielen. Through one quarter in week three it looks as if the Vikings coaching staff is starting to trust the former LSU star.
