Suspect in custody after Mass Casualty Shooting Incident in Buffalo, MN

One suspect is in custody after a mass casualty shooting event in Buffalo, MN.

The incident took place at the Allina Health Clinic in Buffalo, MN about 11am this morning. The Associated Press is reporting that multiple victims have been shot while other reports are claiming that multiple "homemade" explosive devices have gone off and there is concern that there are more on site.

Support from metro area police forces are on site as well as agents from the ATF and the Minneapolis Bomb Squad. The MN State Patrol has also reported that they are flying six boxes of blood from the Red Cross to Buffalo Hospital to be ready for victims of the shooting.

Reports claim there may be a second scene at a local area hotel where the suspect may have been staying at the time. Meanwhile multiple helicopters have been to the area to help airlift victims to local hospitals as up to thr
