(Brooklyn Center, MN) -- Ben Crump will represent the family of a Black man shot and killed by police near Minneapolis. Crump announced he has been hired by Daunte Wright's family following the deadly shooting on Sunday. Crump is already the attorney for George Floyd's family as the trial for his accused killer is ongoing. Wright was shot and killed by police following a traffic stop in Brooklyn Center. The police chief said he believes an accidental discharge led to the shooting.
