All but one of the Minnesota Vikings players have officially reported to Training Camp and are taking place in the team's first practice this afternoon at TCO Performance Center in Eagan, MN. The lone player not on the field, second year cornerback Jeff Gladney.
Gladney finds himself in the midst of an investigation after allegedly assaulting a 22-year old woman last April. Gladney turned himself in to Dallas police following the situation and little has been said since then.
Yesterday, as he met the press to kick off Training Camp, Vikings general manager Rick Spielman declined to comment on Gladney's situation or status for Training Camp saying only that it was an ongoing "legal matter".
Gladney finished the 2020 season with 75 tackles and three passses defensed for the Vikings.
