Vikings Candidate List for Vacant GM Position is Forming | #KFANVikes

It's been a quiet couple days for the Minnesota Vikings as news started to leak out from other teams about who they're planning to interview for vacant head coach and general manager positions. But like Mark Wilf told us in his Monday morning press conference, this is going to be a "methodical" process. So, while hearing names tied to other teams might shoot that anxiety up a little bit for the fan base, it doesn't sound like it bothers the ownership group and decision makers at TCO all that much.

But alas, we do have our first list of candidates that the Vikings have requested interviews for regarding the general manager position. Remember, they plan to hire the GM first and use that person heavily in the decision to hire a new coach.

Below are the candidates that are known to the public including their current positions. Looks like the Wilfs are keeping their promise of casting the net far and wide to find the best replacement for Rick Spielman.

Catherine Raiche, Eagles VP of football operations

Glenn Cook, Browns VP of player personnel

John Spytek, Buccaneers VP of player personnel

Ryan Poles,Chiefs executive director of player personnel

Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, Browns VP of football operations

Eliot Wolf, Patriots front office consultant
