Before he even stepped onto the court for his first game as a Duke Blue Devil last fall, NBA teams were tanking to get the most ping pong balls for the 2019 NBA Draft as it's already assumed that he will be the first overall selection and change the game of basketball forever...or something like that.
Still, the hype that is surrounding Zion Williamson is legit. He's a man-child on the court, already taking over the NCAA game. He's huge, he's strong, he's fast, he can jump out of the gym. He's a complete player and it's not really fair to keep him on the NCAA court much longer.
Enter the next level of the folklore that surrounds young Zion.
Earlier this week a photo splashed on the web of Williamson battling for a jump ball with a member of the opposing team. Check out the still photo below that caught the moment in a snapshot and notice how Zion's fingers are freaking denting the ball in a dramatic way!
