Nope, nope, nope.
I saw this headline come across my feed the other day and I didn't believe it. I also didn't want to click it, but it did and I will never understand why. If you saw the headline it also probably caught your attention. My apologies in advance, this will be your nightmare fuel for the next year or so.
A group from the University of Michigan was trudging through the rainforest in Peru...at night...looking for spiders. First of all, why? That sounds like a terribly idea. On their walk through the woods, they saw something move of to the left on their path and when they lit that son of a gun up, they saw a tarantula the size of a dinner plate carrying off an opossum to eat that thing for dinner.
