Two weeks after a horrific incident at the Mall of America left him with severe injuries, the young boy who was thrown over the 3rd floor balcony is "alert and conscious" according to a recent update from his family.
An Easter update from the family's pastor shared that Landen had experienced a miraculous recovery to date and now we've learned that the family expects him to be home by June.
Asking again for privacy the family did share that their son had been moved out of intensive care and is no longer in critical condition though he does have a few surgeries ahead of him still.
The GoFundMe campaign set up to support the family during this time reached $1 million earlier today become one of only 17 other campaigns on the crowdfunding website to reach the $1 million mark in the last three years.
