In an attempt to continue creating social distance and stop the spread of the Coronavirus and COVID-19 Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey declared a local state of emergency Monday and will push Minneapolis restaurants to offer take out only service beginning Tuesday at noon and running indefinitely.
Worry has already set in surrounding small businesses, restaurants and our economy in general. Quarantining people in their homes, suggesting they avoid groups of 10 or more has put strain on the restaurant industry and that doesn't stand to change any time soon.
