The Minnesota Timberwolves looked like they were having fun again last night in Oklahoma City. Having been beaten down by a failed experiment with Jimmy Butler, then yelled at all the lim long day by Tom Thibodeau, the team had lost some of its zest.
Last night, in Ryan Saunders first game as the interim head coach of the team, all of that seemed to come back. Andrew Wiggins put up career highs, the team fought to hold off Russ and the Thunder and the postgame attitude was that of a bunch of kids.
First there was the immediate postgame reaction on the court after the Timberwolves held on for victory.
Then the postgame festivities in the locker room when everybody went bonkers!
