Disney+ releases "Frozen 2" 3 MONTHS EARLY to help create Social Distanceđź‘Ź

As companies around the world pitch in and do their part however large or small to help thwart the spread of the Coronavirus and COVID-19 Disney has stepped up in a pretty big way to help families keep their distance and create social distance with their kids.

The company surprised families by releasing their animated smash hit "Frozen 2" to their streaming service Disney+ on Sunday, March 15th a whole THREE MONTHS ahead of it's scheduled stream release in an effort to help families bide time while creating social-distance.

"Frozen 2’ has captivated audiences around the world through its powerful themes of perseverance and the importance of family, messages that are incredibly relevant during this time, and we are pleased to be able to share this heartwarming story early with our Disney+ subscribers to enjoy at home on any device,” said Disney CEO Bob Chapek in a statement released over the weekend.

"Frozen 2" is the highest earning animated film of all time grossing over $1.4 billion globally. It was released on DVD and digital download last month and can be streamed now on Disney+ inside the United States. It will be available Disney+ in Canada, the Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand on Tuesday, March 17.
