SAINT PAUL, Minn. - The National Hockey League's (NHL) Minnesota Wild announced today the team will host free pre-game parties for fans prior to Games 3 and 4 of its Stanley Cup Playoffs series against the Winnipeg Jets at the expansive Seven Corners parking lot across W. 7th Street from Xcel Energy Center.
The pre-game party for Game 3 will be held from 2-5:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 15 prior to the Wild faceoff against the Winnipeg Jets at 6 p.m. Refreshments will be available along with a DJ, Hockey Lodge and State of Hockey merchandise and Split-the-Pot Raffle ticket sales. KFAN 100.3 FM will host an extended pre-game show inside Gate 4 starting at 4 p.m. NHL alumni autographs will be also be available inside Gate 4 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. featuring: Don Beaupre, Jack Carlson, Chris Dahlquist and Brad Maxwell. A ticket to Sunday's game is required for autographs.
On Tuesday, April 17, the pre-game festivities will be held from 4-6:30 p.m., ahead of the 7 p.m. start for Game 4. Food and refreshments will be available along with a DJ, Hockey Lodge and State of Hockey merchandise, alumni autographs and Split-the-Pot Raffle ticket sales. KFAN 100.3 FM's Dan Barreiro will broadcast live inside Gate 4 starting at 3 p.m.
Tickets to playoff games are not required to attend the parties. In the event of inclement weather, the parties will be cancelled. Visit wild.com/playoffcentral for more details.
