The 2019 NFL Schedule was released today and in looking at the Minnesota Vikings docket you might notice that even though they finished the season 8-7-1 and failed to show out in some of their national broadcasts last year, the Minnesota Vikings have FIVE primetime games on the schedule as of now.
As it was designed, the Vikings will face the Cowboys and the Chargers on Sunday Night Football (both on the road), the Seahawks (away) and the Packers (home) on Monday Night Football, and Kirk Cousins will get a crack at his former team the Washington Redskins on Thursday Night Football in Minnesota.
That being said, both Sunday night games fall under the NFL's window of flexible schedule games so if the matchups laid out now turn out to be a bore, they could be flexed to earlier in the day.
